Goes above and beyond to sell a house

Joe went far beyond what other typical agents would do to get our house ready for sale. He personally power washed the front brick making it look new along with the entire house. He replaced sinking bricks in our patio having to search for older full sized bricks to match old ones. His recommendations on what we needed to do to get our house ready were spot on and cost effective. His marketing and negotiating were superb.

Plus he also had to deal with a homeless lady living in our back alley and her eventual acceptance of city services.
